How do I select the kunai to throw?

Hi, I have played this game for 34 hours so far, and now I have a brain fart :P

How do I select the kunai to throw? I used it a few times, but now all I can get is the wind chime or the gunpowder bomb!

I know, I know, after 34 hours I shouldn't be a noob, but I am, so forgive me :P

I am on a PC with a keyboard, no controllers here.

Select thowables then select Kunai.

If you go the the techniques menue and hover over the relevant ability, it will show you how to equip and use.

For short: To equip hold R and select, F to throw.
