Not hearing voices.
sound is bugged after moving to ikki island and being poisoned by eagle, is it part to fhe game ? because I think I'm not hearing dialogues during the encounters.

it's a known bug. Sometimes it goes away on its own, and other times I've found success by toggling focus hearing. If that doesn't work, try reloading your last checkpoint

Yea, I restarted and its working fine now, in the first place I thought it was effect of the poison lol
