Trees and foliage brighten when i move camera
So just like the title, i whenever i move the camera it seems like that just brighten up a bit, to what i notice it seems like the shadow can't keep up with the panning speed (be it fast or slow), i've turn off HDR and frame generation but it doesn't seem to help, my graphic card is Radeon RX590 GME btw

I'm assuming you mean an RX590? A GTX590 is ancient.

Hmmm that is a pretty unique issue. What settings are you using? And what sort of display and settings?

Are you using an Oled for your display?

I use an OLED but I'm not experiencing this. It sound like it could be the HDR white balance being too high, but i have nothing to back that theory up

this is common in all games afaik with fine edges. they blur when you move the camera which produces this effect. it also happens with things like embers and fireflies. i think the only thing that fixes it is to reduce the blur by increasing the framerate.

I use an Oled too. I don't have this issue in this game but I did get it in Guardians of the galaxy. It was only noticeable when I was look at the stars and panning the camera. I was just wondering if it was Oled related. I use an LG C2 and tha does have VRR flicker issues, but really I don't have any idea. just curious.

That part I get but OP's report of those white portions brightening during camera movement is interesting. I wonder what it could be

Could also be a setting on your TV/monitor. Do you have any automatic contrast adjustment features enabled? Those can be a bit off when gaming vs watching TV/movies.

They are fantastic. Cheaper and more features than buying a monitor.

I wanted something that could do 4k/120 over HDMI and boy oh boy it's an astounding display. Utterly fantastic. Gog a great deal on it and it's survived several moves, even one halfway across the country. They're just solid, well-built, feature-packed and all-around winning displays
