HOW TO MAKE GAME MORE SUNNY?!
after like 30hrs my game is almost always gloomy, it looks depressing and I want some change in weather. I know the flute changes the weather, but only for a moment. HOW DO I BE MORE HONOURABLE, I ALMOST COMPLETELY STOPPED ASSASSINATED WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?? ty

Make it in a sunnier country?

I don't think it's cumulative? Rather it tracks a few past battles, for me it takes about 2-3 random stand offs to clear the weather after a large camp stealth takeout, but there's been a lot of questions that are not clear whether it's a bug or a conscious design choice.

play your flute. each of the songs change the weather, the default/first one makes it sunny

also ive found one hidden achievement for playing the second song at a specific time to honor somone, there may be more stuff like that

You can change the weather by plaing the flute (swipe left on the touchpad)

ive been doing this finding every fight I can and starting them with standoffs + plus not touching stealth or assassinations at all, nothing has helped. Maybe it could be because im using kunai frequently

In an old interview one of the devs said that it will rain more often if you do/use things that are extremely ghost driven, I guess ghost weapons like the Kunai count too

man... so basically playing the game normally turns the weather to ♥♥♥♥ in a game that has nice looking weather. mods are starting to sound like the only option

If it just using the stuff then thats just BS. All the equipment except the sword is ghost-stuff. I often use kunais to break shields & so then finishing with sword, never in stealth-mode.

I mean, if the flute songs are supposed to change the weather why would you need a mod? Not that I can test this any time soon.

its a bandaid solution the sunny/cloudless weather hardly lasts and always reverts back to gloomy skies

I guess its a way for the devs to symbolize jins inner conflict but I don't know if that's actually what they were thinking with that feature.

Though rougher weather especially towards the end of the game makes sense since the mongols struggled with a typhoo during both of thair invasion attempts in reality which could in theory have been one of the inspirations behind that feature too but i don't know.

What would make no sense whatsoever would be if using the bow would make it rain more often too since the real samurai of the time the game takes place were mounted archers (but I don't know if using the bow actually has a effect or not)

Also, some quests have forced weather patterns even when you go near the location, sometimes it can be quite goofy how it suddenly becomes moody, and then clears up when you pass a stretch of a road, but mostly the areas are quite large and may not be obvious if it's an inactive side stuff you picked up hours ago.

If you do more ghost stuff its makes the storms happen more.
