Audio glitch on Iki Island?

Anyone else get their audio cut out periodically after reaching Iki?

Yes its like the audio cuts off in certain spots but the music keeps going.

it started happening near the end of the campaign for me too. Sound effects will stop during a fight session. Also, had every other line in one of the cutscenes have no sound. annoying for such a great game.

i ran into certain sounds cutting out too, you might be able to work around this by changing audio output (headphones, speaker etc) whenever it happens, worked for me at least, without having to restart the game.

yeah it seems to get fixed after i save the game or get to a checkpoint. not a deal breaker but didn't know if it was happening to others on here. thanks for the update guys!

I believe a lot of people are experiencing this issue. I hope it gets fixed as I have already lost some dialogue in cut scene and it is rly taking away the immersion.

***update*** - saved game exited to desk top seems to be working for now, but initally started using the stealth hearing

So far no, I have not, but I know there are plenty of others stating it was an issue and would even carry back over to the main campaign.

Yeah the audio issue started with the Iki island but it persisted to the actual main campaign which is super odd.

I am experiencing it right now and let me tell you, its not very fun. Is there a fix about it on the way?

If you beat Iki it goes away. Thats only takes about 3 hours

Thanks I'll rush the story instead of exploring like I usually do. Its gotten so bad with the audio issue on my end. I really hope they can fix some of these problems. Such a beautiful game ruined by annoyances that alone are minor but are quickly adding up.

Had the same issue and this "fixed" it for me. Hopefully it can be patched because this is really annoying.

I went to the sound settings and switched from Home Theater to Headphones. I then played for another three to four hours without experiencing the issue again.
