But i still need to do iki island. If i start ng+, can i do the dlc right away?

No...have to wait till Act 2 again

Starting NG+ is a total reset of your map progress. Iki Island only unlocks upon doing the quest for it in Act 2. So no, you will need to reach the area from scratch.
