2. Major Charms
- Ikazuchi-no-Kami: Perks and abilities that Terrify are 25% more likely to occur.
- Charm of Versitile Skills: Double the effects of minor charms, if it is the only minor charm of the same category equipped.
3. Minor Charms
- Inari's Might: Increases health and Melee damage by a Massive amount. (Doubled)
- Silence: Reduces enemy detection speed by 15% and increases Resolve gains by a Massive amount. (Doubled)
- Fortune: Effects with a % chance to occur are 50% more likely to occur. (Now 100%)
- Terrifying Aim: When you kill an enemy with a headshot, there is a 30% chance of terrifying a nearby enemy. (Now 60%)
You can make a really strong terrifying build. Personally I don't enjoy it though, because I end up having to chase down most of the enemies.
I just let em run away, they drop whatever supplies you get anyway.
But stealth is pretty generous I roll with a Sarugami build 90% of the time.
