leathal makes it so you do way more damage and the enemies do way more damage.
you should just try both out and see what you rather wanna stick with, if you didn't know you can change difficulty at any time in options.
Enemey health doesnt increase in any diffculty...just aggression and damage.
In Lethal youre a glass cannon. Health is pretty much meaningless. Any mistake will kill you....but any mistake they make kills them. Its basically what happens if people get hit with a katana in real life.
Just call it realistic difficulty.
