Cannot start game due to Steam not running error.
Not sure why but I can't add an image so I'll describe the full process.

I press play on steam, It pauses for a second to load and then i get an error message saying: "Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT cannot be started while Steam is not running".

However Steam is open and is directly under the error messages. My drivers are updated and I have validated game files.

Does anyone have a fix?
