GPU memory crash

When the game works its plays great ,,,,fast good graphics etc...but for the moment cant play it cause mainly during cutscenes and when i go into map screen!!! (thas is the most annoying) , i am geting memory crash.....no matter the settings from high to medium....in both high and medium setting game plays great ....it just seems that my 6gb card cant handle it.......any settings advice what has to go lower ? i dont want to go to low textures there in no meaning i didnt even try it, i was trying to find solution on medium settings.....1080p ofc and i have the new nvida drivers.

disabling steam overlay works for me using Medium settings with FSR2 +FG on.
Also uninstall the playsation overlay app as it cause majot crash on cutscene. Tried it with most people,

It might not be your GPU ..... Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs have an issue with motherboard manufacturers not using Intel's recommended current and power limits. One of errors it throws is the GPU memory error but it's not actually the GPU but the CPU drawing too much current (amps) or too much power (watts)

See the FAQ at the top of the forum specifically the last entry about 13th and 14th generation Intel CPUs

And people if you are having problem for cripes sakes list you system specs so those of us with troubleshooting knowledge can better help you

Thank you all trying to help, its just sad to see that the game manages to run very good at medium settings , but runs out of memory even when entering map , this was the gamebreaking error honestly.....if anyone runs that game with 6bg and has a setting advice is welcome to help more...

I just played Horizon Forbidden West medium-high with no problems cause i wanted to try a similar game so i quess regardless the pc there must be some sort of patching that has to be done for sure......its not logical to play horizon and to be unable to enter tha map screen of Tsushima......damn.....

I recommend downgrade the nvidia update to 552.44. Ive got simmilar issue, and that solve my problem. 3h of testing without spikes or throttleback, and I've got RTX 2060 Pallit 6GB VRAM. Last two patches were pain in the ass and people brag about it
