Why no romance?

Massive missed opportunity to not feature any romance narrative that adds depth to a robotic, emotionless main character with no personality. Particularly the romance could have been implemented similarly to The Witcher 3 but featuring love interests for Jin that have multiple gender expressions not bound to exclusively women. Trans Women, ♥♥♥ Men & Non Binary characters could all have been a part of the romance narrative.

There shouldnt be any agenda at all, either way that is the point. Not every story needs to have romances like Mass effect and Dragon age popularised it... games didnt used to have any of that, and were still fine as stories and games. On the other hand some games will have those options and a focus on that so maybe play those games instead if you find it hard playing a game without romantic interest?!


Also gender expressions?? in medieval japan during the mongol invasions?? get a grip not everything needs to reflect 2024... thankfully that would ruin the game and the whole experience, what would be the point to mischaracterize the setting to that extend? maybe you folks would be much healthier and happier if stoped projecting yourselves and your egos into everything

No. Why must every game in the 2020's need to have some sort of subversive perversion in it? its not needed. Cant people just be people without some sort of social caste/label attached to them?
