Audio cut off
All audio except music gets cut off at random times. Also some cutscenes are skipped entirely. Anybody else have these issues?

Yes, everything was fine until I went to iki island in act 2. Now SXF, dialogue, and subtitles only work intermittently. I think sucker punch is aware of the issue based on another thread that I saw. 30 hours in and now I'm just waiting for a fix before I finish playing the game.

for me it smy dual senses haptic feedback causeing my audio issues

Yup. Known issue. Please submit an official ticket so they prioritize fixing this.
