Technic Points Issue.

Game didn't register Technic points after reaching xp. I don't know if this is a glitch or what?
Any suggestion ?

When did that happen? The bar shows when you get skill points by showing the symbol, if there's no symbol, like at the end of the bar, then there's no skill point.

In act 2 I finish the circle completely.

Well, you also get points from taking over certain camps. You can get every skill in the game, hell, seeing as it's based on Deluxe Edition, you'll probably end up with one left at the end.

sill I have many left skills to unlock but last 5 hours of the game is not registering technic points.

Well, can't help you there, if it's really bugged then. When I've played the game back on PS4, I got enough points to unlock everything by the end. Like I said, some quests give skill points and, even if you max out your level, you need to do them to max everything else out.
