Audio is bugged after Iki Island

Game was perfect up until Iki Island and then certain aspects of the audio started randomly muting, such as footsteps, voices, and sword slash effects. It seemed to be first caused by the elite enemies who switch between all 3 types of weapon, and now it's persisting after I've returned to Tsushima Island.

Hoping for a hotfix for this soon as I feel like the game deserves to be played bug-free, as when the audio cuts out you also miss out on certain dialogue lines.

Always seems to occur when there's a lot going on, like it's trying to play too many sounds and just starts cutting some of them out. It sucks but usually comes back once you leave the area/load a cutscene.
