I'm not too far in but Heavenly Strike is pretty limited and has a 1 resolve cost. Definitely not overpowered to say the least.
Way of the Flame I don't have, yet, but looks to be just a bit of a dmg boost from the description/video with the terrify bonus effect, in exchange for a sizeable 3 Resolve cost. Honestly, doesn't seem that good compared to alternatives or even just using it to heal.
Dance of Wrath could be useful against a group of brutes, I suppose, but with its 3 Resolve cost there are definitely better options. Plus, it takes away from your healing in exchange for a mere 3 enemies so you would have to be in a pretty tight situation for me to think it could be warranted or role playing avoiding superior ghost weapons like Kunai (does same but can even spec to hit 5 targets and no resolve cost), both ghost skill bombs completely trump Dance of Wrath, and Smoke Bomb does the same but also makes Legions/Brutes die basically instantly.
Explosive Arrows seems to be really convenient if you can't find a bee hive or other trap that can instant kill even Legions, but otherwise Fire Cracker > to environmental trap like Bee Hive > Shoot Arrow = undetected "accident" type kill without alarm even if people see it and, again, will instant kill even Brutes/Legions.
Honestly? Not really. I think it gives Samurai an alternative more "honorable" (lol...) path to using ghost weapons.
