Ghost of Tsushima is a playstation game, designed for playstation and should be played on playstation since this is what developers designed it for. You won't get full experience playing with devices that is not designed for videogames(mouse and keyboard) on a platform that is not designed for videogames.

I'll just roll out the old 2nd hand PS5 dualsense that I picked up cheap from CEX, since this game will come with full haptic support. PC supports all the peripherals.

I already finished the game on my PC using the PS plus streaming service and a PS4 control.

The only "feature" designed for PS is the wind and the stuff you can do with the touch pad but all of that can be easily mapped to 4-5 different buttons.

Besides like everyone else mentioned you can just plug in a PS4/PS5 control to your PC and that's it.
