FromSoftWare did find out the passion people have with bloodborne, they sadly don't own the rights to it so it's up to Sony to even allow Bloodborne onto other platforms. If it was FromSoftWare's decision, they did state they would do it without hesitation.
guess we'll have to resort to pirating it. (not everyone has the money to get a playstation)

No on the Jak & Daxter port.
There's already a fan project that's been porting the trilogy to native PC with more mod support and enhancements than an official port would probably ever have.
Unfortunately for the rest, if there's no PS5 port don't expect a PC port. Same can be said for the under-performers like Gravity Rush, they see no money in that franchise.

True but I tried running the game on my pc and sadly I dont have the specs to play the game. which is odd. Go to my page you can see my specs.
