do the math in your head and calculate the odds of getting 60 FPS on medium settings on a high end rig. Its not hard to get the answer here.
the answer is yes, its going to be unoptimized and you will have to use DLSS and turn your game into a blobby mess with ghosting artifacts everywhere to achieve 60 fps.
also, your PC being a "monster" is irrelevant, it will still run like crap, it will actually run worse than low end rigs as is the case with all of the recent ports.
