!! Why Some PlayStation Fans Are Displeased with PC Ports !!

I get where you're coming from with the whole PlayStation exclusives on PC thing. It's like, you've been loyal to the brand, and suddenly they're sharing the love with other platforms. But, hear me out on why this might not be such a bad thing after all.

First off, opening up PlayStation exclusives to PC means more people get to enjoy these games. Think about it - more players, more fun, right? Plus, it's not like playing on PC takes away from the PlayStation experience. It just means more options for everyone.
And these ports aren't rushed, the release date typically comes a few years after the game's initial launch. So, it's not like Sony is just throwing them out there like cares about pc community.
And, competition is good for the gaming world. When developers know they've got to impress a wider audience, they're gonna step up their game. That means better stuff for all of us, no matter where we play.

As for the whole Sony monopoly thing, I get the concern. But honestly, – it's a win-win for everyone.

Most of those here are just farming jester awards. Remember they still give 200 points or so as I remember, even if just to get stuff to customize steam.
But yeah, there are some that are actually mad at it because they wanna feel they own something that others can't enjoy if they don't join them on that platform. It's stupid in the end, just being arrogant.
Imagine if pc gamers had to get mad at some game that started on pc and later on was ported to consoles. They don't say it's exclusive on pc but when I see "only on playstation" I read "only on playstation for X months/years", and once they are done milking the exclusive so people got their consoles they move on to other platforms. It's business.
And also yes, more players is a good thing for the game including more chances of new content or sequels, besides more presence on the internet than if it was just played by a single platform fans. And there are many people that won't buy a console for a single game they want when they aren't interested in anything else.
