Is legends included and or will it be separate?

For those of you who don't know they added side content into the game called GoT: Legends which was a mission-based co-op game mode. Legends was actually separated from the main game on ps store and players will able to just purchase legends itself.

Will this be the same case for PC? I already have already done everything on my ps4 in the base game. The only thing that would interest me in playing the game again would be Legends with a new playerbase and potential modding someday.

Edit: the store page has the "Online Co-op" tag so might be included.

Edit2: the store page doesnt mention it but the trailer does, so the answer is yes!

The store page says it is included with the game as well as the second island expansion for the base game.
