will this game support modding? Or does it already support it?
I think it has great potential to be a community driven game, with clubs, people, teachers, new locations, systems and activities to do built from the community.

All of this would help a lot the solo developer in building a big lasting community for the game, thus more resources to build a better game and expand further.
