I have just installed the game, but the resolution is bad.
I can't find the option to change the video settings in the game.
Does anyone have any idea how to do this or are you guys experience the same problem?

If you install everything in the default folder, then go run this file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\settings.exe and you can change the resolution as well as the graphic quality...
