They give you a key to redeem. Look at the bottom right of steam, click "Add a Game", then click "Activate a Product on Steam" and type in or copy and paste the code which should either be in your email or in your account on the sight. I don't really remember where to find the redeemable because I bought it about 3 months ago. Mb.
