SOLVED: Nothing works. Just says Running, Syncing, and then the games never open
EDIT:

Enter this into terminal and your games should work!!!

sudo apt install python-minimal

Thank you! I was having problems with no games starting up under Steam Play in Ubuntu 18.04, and this fixed it for me!

Hmm, this may have been what broke on the flatpak version of Steam for me on Fedora 28. (rpmfusion version runs, but has other problems for me)
I still have problems launching games, for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. I got this error
ERROR: ld.so: object '/home/luke/.steam/ubuntu12_32/gameoverlayrenderer.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded (wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32): ignored.
wine: /mnt/A604C81104C7E303/SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/4500/pfx is not owned by you

Make sure you mount your drives with your UID, not root.
