TF2 cannot start on my Gentoo x64
Team Fortress 2 cannot start on my Gentoo linux.
It crashes after the loading screen.
I've searched almost all about the issues but they all don't work.
I need help!

I can run Dota2 perfect, so I think it's TF2's problem.
I also tryed 'SDL_AUDIODRIVER=alsa steam', didn't work.
ALSA lib pcm.c:7339:(snd_pcm_recover) underrun occurred
Looks like it doesn't like buffer size. Do you use PA? What's your soundcard? If it's onboard Intel HDA's Realtek, tweaking kernel for larger buffer size might help:

Seems you do have onboard Intel HDA connected Nvidia's HDMI.
Yes, it's possible to tweak buffer size in asoundrc, but right now I don't remember how exactly it can be done. Generally, in asoundrc you need to create a pcm with new buffer size. Try something like this (I write from memory, so it may need adjusting):
pcm.!default {

It creates a software mixer, try it with different sizes like 1024, 2048, 4096, 16384

Actually, alsa's problems shouldn't crash the game, I wonder if it's really the reason.
I've just installed pulseaudio, and the "alsa underrun" problem is solved.
But TF2 still crashes after the loading screen. (auto exit everytime after loading screen)

Hmm, honestly at the moment I have no idea... How exactly did you install Steam and Nvidia driver, do other games work? Do you have libtxc_dxtn installed? Installing corefonts might be helpfull too. Also try to add "-novid" to game's launch options.
