[BUG] steam crashes when trying to load youtube video post

the problem is in the name

OS ubuntu 12:04 64bit Kernel Linux 3.2.0-34-generic
AMD phenom IIX6 3.3 ghz
AMD HD radion 6850 (using AMD latest driver from amd site cant install post release update driver)
8gb of ram

on another note i cant use coppy and past shortcut keys dont know if its an ubuntu bug or steam bug

Every time i tried to play a video inside steam or in the overlay, mine either crashed for the length of the video or was playing at around 2 fps. what i did to fix it was to re install 'Flash player 11 for Other Browsers' on the adobe website.
