Well, given that performance is potentially in the hands of improved amd drivers (at least for some of us) I'd prefer something single player to play through where a few dips in performance here and there are less critical to enjoying the game. Hence HL2 (and/or episodes) or Portal 2.

TF2 on linux does reasonably well in a 6v6 training mode KOTH match - I've played a few hours like this. But I find myself frustrated joining 12v12 public servers because the FPS dips make it difficult to aim nades when they occur.

I'd prefer to see a few more fixes and them adding more people officially to the beta first though :-)
