Wine is often not easy sadly. It is only the chance to get these executable files working that have not been written for Linux at all… for that it works astonishingly great.
Once you get the basics done some things may become easier. Good luck!
but the directX install gets frozen only tried it with dwarfs witch had a lot of reported problems so I'll try it on another directX game
If you mean Steam games that keep trying (unsuccessfully) to install DirectX when they are launched, like Skyrim, this is annoying, but is not a major problem if the game itself still works anyway. If the installer fails in a way that prevents the game from starting, you may have luck manually installing DirectX (using winetricks if necessary), or just deleting its installer. In any case, I recommend checking the Wine AppDB, since other people probably experienced the same issue, and may have posted a working solution.
