Steam Input Shows Up Blank on Certain Games for My Steam Controller

I wanted to add a new configuration to my steam controller on TF2 but steam input showed up blank for me and this isn't the only game where this issue persist. I don't know what could be causing this issue?

Why do you have two threads open for the same issue? I've already responded twice to your other thread, why split any help you might get on the issue?

I made another post to clarified the goal a little more better than the other post. I felt the other post was just not describing the problem I was having the best way so I went and made another post but your help is seriously appreciated on both post. I have also included the photo of the issue here since this post might bring more attention to it then the old post did.

OK, but you could have clarified the issue, and included the photo, in the other thread. That way any reply you might get are on the same page, and with the same info. By opening two threads you're just making it harder for people to get the full picture, and get a sense of what is going on.
