Acer Chromebook 516 GE
Can someone let me know? I'm trying to use an external storage with my chromebook but it doesn't show up on steam as an option to download the games there. Is this possible?

Click Steam in the top left corner then go to:
Settings > Storage > then click on the (drop down menu for storage devices)

If you don't see it make sure your external storage is correctly formatted.

Good to know running Steam on Chromebook is currently possible (likely x86_64 compatible, not ARM?). So many thanks for opening the thread :-)
