htop is the kind of tool i was looking for
NP. I hope it helps. That site has saved my butt so many times since switching to Linux. I'm glad it's still around so many years later to (hopefully) help others as much as it's helped me. It's also great for finding useful software for other platforms like Android / iOS, as well.
aye , sadly i know it but nearly never used it xd
htop is the kind of tool i was looking for, not as perfect and complete as systeme informer but a lot better than the gnome system monitor offered as default tool
Oh, if you're lookin' for something like htop, then you're in luck. Linux has tons of process monitor tools like that, both graphical and commandline. On commandline, I'm currently using btop (a lot like htop, but fancier visually).
