Like is it, yet another Debian or Arch based OS. Completely from Scratch like Solus or whatever.
Just saying a new distro is on its way isn't that major since there are already so many
There is already the zen kernel on Arch, which also has many kernel patches and is optimized towards desktop use.
And Linux tkg, which makes compiling a gaming optimized kernel much easier. I took that as a base and then removed all the laptop, intel and nvidia drivers from the kernel. This too gave me a little bit of performance.
And i just responded that i don't even know what that thing even is.
I mean it's open source, if nobody does it for you, you can always do that yourself
Nobara is no spin off of Fedora, It a modified version of it.
DX11 requires certain GPU family, Even then your GPU may or may not have DX11 capability.
