Where are the Lubuntu sha256sum's?
If you go to this instruction manual:

https://manual.lubuntu.me/1/1.1/retrieving_the_image.html

Its useless because I need to verify the integrity of 18.04.1 LTS but it gives me the sum for a not LTS release so where do I find the real sum?

Just in the middle of repurposing an old laptop.

That's what I was wondering about the LMDE.

I would be a bit careful with LMDE...

Linux Mint devs explicitly keep that as a testground project so they can move away from Ubuntu and rebase Linux Mint Cinnamon and Linux Mint Mate directly from Debian if anything catastrophic happens.

It might work fine most of the time, but it can be unstable or get broken by updates someday.

It is tempting, though, because it is a rolling-release Mint distro.
