Unity games no sound
Unity games don't have sound on Ubuntu 16.04. What may be the cause?

Unity needs pulseaudio. Maybe you're using alsa?

Pulseaudio is installed and working on my system

Sometimes pulseaudio is installed but not in use correctly for some audio sources.

You may have some luck fixing that (if its the case) by installing pavucontrol (PulseAudio Volume Control) and fiddling with audio out settings there.

There was a bug with Skype on Linux Mint that needed that to be fixed, and is somewhat similar to yours...

Might not do any good, but there is no harm trying (really, no risk of messing up anything).
