According to this video, the difference between Zen and Stock is small, but it is still there:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNzd57b0h08
But the video is quite old so...
I think if i switch to arch or artix, I'll try out Zen. Who doesn't like free fps? And it has fsync. Maybe comes in handy.
After some more research, hardened is security focused and can cause programms to break. I think I'll go with Zen.
I think IF i distrohop, instead of installing the 5th distro which is pretty much the same as the one before (except for a different package manager), I'll try out artix with xfce and runit
I've never "daily driven" xfce, nor anything which isn't systemd, nor did i use the Zen kernel, nor did i ever install arch the arch way on my real machine (when i used it i used archfi, artix is pretty much the same during installation, just a few minor changes due to the lack of systemd like enabling networkmanager)
Anyways thanks for the reply, but i already know how to do it :D
Edit: Luke smith made a really good tutorial on how to install artix with runit, i know he is controversial and such, yet it's a very good tutorial
It just uses stock kernel with some modifications because i dunno
I just think about going artix for trying out new stuff, and because everything comes stock. No extensions or pre-riced desktops. Just as the devs made everything
