cant connect to cs 1.6 servers

Hi, I can see servers in list and user playing but cant join. This started to happen some time ago... I was able to join less and less servers and I cant join any. I tried reinstall the game, tried to check the firewall settings...

Console:
TCP/IP Disabled.
No IPX Support.
Connecting to 217.11.249.92:27366...
Retrying 217.11.249.92:27366...
Retrying 217.11.249.92:27366...
Retrying 217.11.249.92:27366...

After last try message "Failed to contact game server" shows.
Can anybody help?
