No. Only crossplay. You can play between Steam and Playstation users but you can't transfer your profiles and unlockables from a platform to an other.

Oh, my bad. 😅 I should of been paying attention to the "SAVE" part...

Well, its cross play, on both PS and PC/Steam. But not cross save with each other. (Since there's no option anywhere to merge progress between platforms.)

The only exception is that you can transfer your save/progress from PS4 to PS5 version.
