Got all blurs for letters?

I can read whatever is in the background just fine, even can see what cards are being played.

However when the guy speaks or even just the in game menu all text is like blurred blocks. Anyone else getting this?

I was having the issue. Turns out you need to adjust your graphics card's/integrated graphics' settings so that it prefers quality to performance. On Win 7, the arrow on the taskbar will usually give you something to click to get to it.
