What happened to IRON CROSS

I'm a darkest hour modder and I recently heard about Iron cross features but I can't find any way to play it or to see the files...

Any help ?

try the paradox forums. they have it on there. but run a virus scan on it before extracting it as it has a potential virus in it. it has a warning on it about it. but no virus detected when i ran a scan on it.

Just downloaded it a few hrs ago. havnt played HOI2 for years and just started playing it again and wanted the iron cross mod as thats what i got used to and didnt like darkest hr that much.

most of the mods r in there including iron cross.

there is a compatabilty issue with iron cross and the steam version of the game. game starts fine then select faction hit start and it crashes. still trying diff things to try and get it working.

Mmmmm thanks ! Aren't the files in spanish ? I found a version too but files are in spanish and it's a lot harder for me to get it and use it for modding

the 1 i got was in English from the link i put up. But still havnt been able to get it to work.

Nice ! Did you tried to put your version back to 1.04 ? If it doesn't work I've found a spanish version that works (from what I recall) but which is in english in game if you need :)

its more a case that it overrights the steam files which is whats causing it to crash. when i verify files it reinstals the game from scratch removing the 1.3 beta 2 patch as well as iron cross.

So might do it the hard way and install the disk version ive got. thats a pin to instala s have ti install the base game then go to paradox and get the latest patch for it and install that. then install doomsday and then get the patches for that then armegoon and the patches for that then get iron cross on it. I know that 1 works as i played that for years without any probs. but had to build a new PC after my other 1 got stolen and didnt want the hassle of reinstalling the disk version so got the steam version instead.

yes, if you need I can post the working version (not steam) for iron cross, you just need to download the latest patch
