Free Mode?

I've finished the game long ago, and i've been wanting to go back to it, but as fun as it is, I have to wait to get the items and I was wondering if there was any sort of free mode, where you don't have to wait for the items to arrive, or you could mod a file and remove the timing.
If anyone knows please tell me something, would be pretty sweet to have that feature.

when you load your last savegame (which you finished) you start of right before you have to combine the last items. so you have everything unlocked and can do whatever you want

But the point was to have everything unlocked without having to wait for it to arrive.
