yomi hustle keeps freezing

I just ordered the game but every time I use a move and execute it my game freezes for a while then goes back to normal but I’m barely ever able to see the move.

Is there a mod for this situation or is there something I gotta do cause I already verified my files

Update- this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass problem still hasn’t been fixed, so it makes this glorious game a waste of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time-patients-and money, tbh, yeah I’m pissed off, is that childish, maybe, should I resolve that, no :/

no worries lol, i can see how it could be confusing since it's kind of the only fighting game that does that

alr so i replayed it, and i lowkey think its actually just freezing, idk if this changes anything but im on single player, the moment i use my move it freezes adn goes to 1-25 frames then cuts and goes to the next turn, aka mines, so i dont think this is the "turned based part"

Having this problem as well. It "could" be with mod characters lagging the match or something, but the same thing happens with vanilla characters, albeit with less instances of lag compared with mods

same i have to use hitboxes to see the game but the moment i downloaded multihustle mod and water effect, hyuns dojo map mod for some reason the game works smoothly and i can finally watch replays without hitboxes too, idk which one of the mods made my game run better but try it out

update i deactivated the multihustle mod in steam properties because it is incompatible with the current steam version, i went back to the game thinking its gonna lag again but it runs smoothly, try that

i had something similar happen to me as well, i could only have 3 mods installed and the rest just wouldn't activate, but when i deleted all the mods, and reinstalled them suddenly everything works just fine
