HELP!!! mods not showing up in the game

I haven't played yomi hustle for around 2 months ish

So basically, i've got a bunch of mods i subscribed to on steam, i hopped on YOMI hustle right and when i did it ran really smooth. i was wondering what was going on then when i tried to solo test it i realized none of my modded characters loaded and when i checked the modlist it was empty.

Any idea what could be the cause of this?

I've tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to everything and unsubscribing-uninstalling-resubscribing and both didn't do anything

There's a slider in the settings labeled "activate mods" or something like that.

I think it's off by default

I changed the interface language to random and then returned to English again, and everything worked, maybe it will help

Install Hustle on the disk where Steam is installed.
