I can't transfer my save data セーブデータの移行ができません

I am using machine translation.
When I migrated from an old PC to a new one, all of the save data that I had uploaded to the cloud on the old PC started from the beginning when I launched it on the new PC.
I tried launching it again on the old PC, and the data was there.
I tried reinstalling and transferring data from the old PC, but it didn't work.

古いPCから新しいPCに移行した際に、古いPCでクラウド上に上げたセーブデータを新しいPCで起動した際に、すべて最初からになってしまいます。
改めて古いPCで起動してみましたが、そちらにはデータがありました。
再インストールや、古いPCからの移行等試してみましたがだめでした。
