A list on how to deal with each boss properly, for those who are struggling
Most randoms I've played with online just brute force the bosses because you have to figure out what they do on your own, so maybe this will help someone out and carry the rest of their team to a win.

Monorail Meadows (Mole Chief) -- You can pick up the dynamite he throws and set it down next to trees or iron whichever you need more of.
Using the tools to get rid of mole hills is very inefficient. Use your water bucket instead. Getting rid of the giant mole hills will contain dynamite upon being broken as well.

Standing up close to a deer for a second or two with a bucket in your hand will milk it. Interact with the bucket and it'll give you 5x temp Brute Force cartridges. You can also use the bucket on a teammate to give them the effect, or use the throwing cartridge to do so as well.
If you go to the ??? station in this biome, it gives you the Piggybank

Boxcar Bayou (Spiderqueen) -- When the note appears above your head, stop moving immediately, or else the massive terrain around you will get webbed. If you stop moving before the note appears, the boss will stay there and scan around, so just move an inch to trigger the note.
Use your tools to get rid of the webs. Pay attention to webs that are blocking train tracks or the water bucket.
If you aren't holding a tool and get webbed, the boss will put you in a cocoon, just dash and struggle out of it.
The torch cartridge works well on this boss specifically as well if your teammates are constantly being webbed.

The milkable enemy in this biome is the Frog which gives 5x Torch
If you go to the ??? station in this biome, it gives you the Wagon Printer

Cargo Canyon (Sandworm Supervisor) -- The path the boss destroys is already predetermined by the seed.
Don't set rails too far ahead of the train at the start of the boss, or else you'll potentially softlock yourself. You or a teammate (preferably the ones that are mining resources) have to go ahead in order to find uneven/shaky ground where the boss will eventually destroy.

The milkable enemy in this biome is the Alligator which gives 5x Stacking
If you go to the ??? station in this biome, it gives you the Cartridge Toaster

Island Interchange (Octoboss) -- **Do not ignore the boss.**
Have at least one teammate get rid of all the tentacles with tools or a torpedo. If you don't, the entire map will get flooded with water. Mind your wood usage as much as possible, it's extremely scarce on this boss. Consider stacking wood as much as possible on the station before this boss as well.

The milkable enemy in this biome is the Crab which gives 5x Multitool
If you go to the ??? station in this biome, it gives you the Hex Tree Cart

Boiler Badlands (Torpeboss) -- The complete opposite of the Cargo Canyon Boss.
Go fast, place down as many rails in front of the train as you can before he blocks you off. You can dash the objects you fill your water bucket with in the lava to make obsidian to place rails on again. May take a bit of careful timing since he can just as easily break the obsidian all over again once he cycles. You can also use them to block a row of torpedos, so you got a safe area of some kind.
You can hug those objects and dash in the opposite direction to pull them with you as well.

Torpedo dodging is purely player skill dependent so there's not much advice other than to watch out to see which ones are homing or not. If you're not too good at dodging, consider looking into respawn and double dash cartridges before the boss pops up, they're both useful.

The milkable enemy in this biome is the Waste Slime which gives 5x Bucket
If you go to the ??? station in this biome, it gives you the Task Wagon

May I recommend that you post this as a guide?

I've been thinking about it but I want to save this for a 100% achievements guide instead (whenever achievements release), since boss strategies can fit in a smaller category of a bigger guide. In the meantime this is just a smaller post until then.
