it is very cool that people can make challenge for themself and for others , but it is for friends or for everyone? If for everyone , there need to give creator to complete their levels to see is that impossible......................................

We plan for both. The first iteration might be for friends only or via explicit code sharing but having to complete the level to finish as you suggested would probably be a requirement for sharing.
