That doesn't make friendly fire any less of a waste of time, however.
Anyway, this is about friendly fire being completely pointless - I just used me wanting to play as Agent as an example as it's the only scenario where you CANNOT do it unless you are NOT the host, which means they can set the co-op whatever way they want, and typically always have friendly fire on -.-
I'm more concerned about being able to stunlock your partners or just knock them around when trying to melee enemies.
Just joined some random lobby (Jake/Sherry campaign) because not only did they have the "Martial Artists" Dog Tag but also Friendly Fire activated, so needless to say it was hilarious knocking Sherry off a building by just using Jakes quick-shot uppercut.
