How to unlock Carla Radames?

Is the method of unlocking Carla from RE6 PC differs from its console counterparts? Google told me that I need to unlock all 4 unlockable characters to unlock her automatically. I got Peirs, Helena, Sherry and Ada. I still don't have her. Is there something wrong on the condition?

I think you have to get all their alt costumes aswell but not 100% sure as i have all charecters but not all costumes so it might be that

By unlocking the 4 extra characters and every EX1 alternate costume for everyone, except the Agent and Carla, of course. EX1s are awarded by getting A-ranks with the characters on Mercs, and do it on Normal, not No Mercy, just to be safe.

Just right now, I've unlocked every single EX1 costumes and all of the characters made atleast A Rank. I still don't have her. Any idea whats going on? Or I should start charging at Capcom Unity's forum?

I've also unlocked every EX1-costume, but no Carla.
I suspect it might have to do with that I unlocked two of the costumes by using RE.net, not by getting an A-rank.

Did you guys complete ada's campaign? and also do your ex1 costumes have an A rank?

You can't unlock EX1 costumes on RE.net, only EX2 and EX3 ones. This really needs to be the ones called "Costume 1" in-game.

Got her yesterday.
Unfortunately she didn't unlock for me via NoMercy (Which is the mode I focus on, I find regular Mercs too slow and people in duo always struggle to maintain the combo).

I had all characters (and all their alternate costumes) but she wouldn't unlock until I played Ada once again in Normal Mercenaries, then she unlocked.

So yes, to be safe, stick to the regular Mercenaries Mode - Unlock all characters and unlock every characters alternate costume - Once you've done this, Carla should unlock).
