Stuck on Leon's Campaign at beginning.

I am stuck at the first run scene where you are running from the airplane explosion and there is a part where Leon momentarily stops moving and tells Helena to move, and no matter what you press you get crushed by the plane. How do you progress through this part? I have hit the right keys multiple times... The forward arrow key and space bar to dash...

use down key and space, not forward and space

Tried it and it didn't work. He stops at a certain point and talks to Helena and then he gets crushed no matter what I do it seems...

Maybe Leon could not decide who he likes more: Helena or Ada?

I died like 5 times there before I realized you don't mash the button over and over. You have to continuously HOLD DOWN the Dash button while running down. Then when the screen changed with the guy waving you on you have to switch to moving UP but you MUST keep holding the Dash button the whole time. I use a gamepad so I am unsure of keyboard controls, but whatever it says to use for Dash, hold it down the whole scene and run in the proper direction.

As soon as you see the buttons at the screen, hold them and don´t let them go until the buttons dissapear. When they appear again, repeat this operation.

I don't get it. This is rediculous. I have tried all of the solutions above and then what happens is Leon stops at a certain point and turns his head and says to Helena "This one?" and she replies "Are you kidding? or "not now" and then no matter what you do Leon gets crushed and dies.... This has to be a bug...

Hm....it sounds like you are hitting the Partner key. It is a key you hold down to say things to your partner (Since you are playing Leon, in this case, Helena). So...I think you are using the wrong button. Go into the control settings and look over the keyboard controls that are set. The game pops up with which buttons to hold down when the scene activates. Maybe take a screenshot of it?

As soon as he turns his head like that and starts talking, the plane crushes him and you hear Helena scream your death lol.

I have no idea :/ If you hold space and use the keys to run in the proper direction it should work. I use a gamepad so I was not sure which buttons it was telling you to use. If holding down space plus the proper direction is not making him move I don't know. Is it possible one of your keyboard keys are sticking down? In my game when the plane fell, it was a cutscene and Leon said RUN! after that it was just running, don't remember him or Helena saying anything.

No, my keys don't stick down. Yeah I know about the part where Leon says run, but when you start running he eventually stops no matter what you do and then starts talking to Helena briefly. Then of course he gets crushed by a plane. I don't know what to do lol.

Last thing I can think of is try reinstalling the game...or try using a controller :/ Sorry I couldn't help much
