Setting up PS3 controller to work with game

I'm having some problems mapping my PS3 controller to work with this game. Anyone know the best way to map it out?

Use the Xpadder program(its the best ) and get this http://faqsmovies.ign.com/faqs/document/article/122/1226300/re6_ps3_dmnl_en.pdf Is a PS3 manual(2nd or 3rd page is control list))(so you can set is as controls on PS3?).Mate its long way to set it up.. (latest version of Xpadder on the net is 2012.05.01(torrents).If you go to site of it..it request to buy it.I know you are in USA but get it somehow from torrents. Its a long way round to set it.. it need 1-2h to completly set it up unfort. :/

Yeah I followed that guide, i couldnt set up the item select inventory at all, and the camera was all inverted

Yes I have. My Controller does work with RE6. The problem is the camera is inverted. Like Left to right shifts the camera up and down and vice versa. Also I can't seem to map out the other controls like switching items. its being a total pain the ass since the default controls for a controller suck.

this. I use it and it works flawlessly for every game that supports a 360pad, which is most.

I use a PS2 controller with an adapter, so I use x360ce, and a mod that changes the button icons to PS2/PS3 buttons.

If you're playing with a PS1, 2 or 3 controller i think you will find it almost essential.

Damn, i like the way how characters runing on gamepad. Dashing on keyboard is a little messy, camera is shaking too much compare to gamepad. Do you know some way to make it more stable (except lowering camera speed)?
