Both Art Book and The sound tracks are in your STEAM RE6 folder.

And by the way, you will need adobe acrobat reader as it's a PDF file

Get the nastiness that is Acrobat off your system and use Sumatra instead. Unless you're editing PDFs, there's absolutely zero reason to use Acrobat, ever.
